Mouse Anti-CD28 Recombinant Antibody (clone 1C6) (CAT#: PABL-365)
Recombinant Mouse Antibody (1C6) is capable of binding to Canine CD28. This antibody could inhibit MLRs at 20 nanomolar concentrations as effectively as CTLA4-Ig, suggesting that the binding site of the mAb inhibits CD28 interaction with CD80/CD86.
