Recombinant Mouse Anti-Ft LPS Antibody (Ab-52) (CAT#: PABL-477)

Recombinant Mouse Antibody (Ab-52) is capable of binding to Ft LPS , expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). The epitope recognized by Ab52 is contained within two internal repeat units of the O-polysaccharide [O-antigen (OAg)] of Ft LPS.

Ft LPS (200 μg, usually 10-20 μg) was electrophoresed in a pre-parative 4-15% polyacrylamide gel under denaturing conditions. After transfer to nitrocellulose, strips were probed with the Ab 52 at the indicated concentrations and developed with AP-anti-mouse IgG (H +L) conjugate for 15 min.

ELISA plates were coated with Ft LPS and were probed with serial dilutions of the indicated MAbs. GTX40330, a commercial MAb specific for E. coli LPS, was used as specificity control.

Serially diluted Ft OAgC was pre-mixed with 5 mg/mL N203, Ab52, or Ab53 (anti-Ft GroEL, IgG2a isotype control); then the mixtures were added to a SchuS4 vortexate-coated, washed, and blocked ELISA plate, followed by HRP-a-m-IgG2a to detect bound MAb.
