Human Anti-F11 Recombinant Antibody (HPAB-N0087-YC) (CAT#: HPAB-N0087-YC)
This humanized recombinant antibody specifically bind to the Coagulation Factor XI (FXIa/F11) of human. The monoclonal antibody was generated and isolated with the phage display technology. The specificity and affinity of the product to FXIa was identified and characterized with the neutralization assay and competitive binding assay by ELISA with the EC₅₀ value of 0.2 nM. This antibody could Inhibit the FXIIa induced conversion of FXI into its active form FXIa with the IC₅₀ value of 5.98×10-10 M. The product could be used in research studies about thrombotic diseases.
