The antibodies are capable of carrying out specific recognition on hepatitis b virus surface antigen, have remarkable enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELSA) with the hepatitis b virus surface antigen and have the neutralizing activity function of resisting hepatitis b virus infection. Furthermore, the antibodies can be used for preparing specific antibody medicines used for preventing and treating liver diseases related to hepatitis b virus, thus being used for clinically preventing and treating the liver diseases caused by the hepatitis b virus.
