Human Anti-MS4A1 Recombinant Antibody Hexamer (VS-0924-YC138), CDC Enhanced (CAT#: VS-0924-YC138)
The product is a human anti-MS4A1 antibody designed as a hexamer to enhance CDC activity. This hexameric IgG1 targets human MS4A1 and features hexamerization-enhancing mutations that promote the formation of hexamers. This structural adaptation improves C1q binding and optimizes complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC).
