Recombinant Mouse Antibody scFv Fragment clone 2H7, which is specific to CD20. Mouse monoclonal antibody 2H7 recognizes the CD20 cell surface phosphoprotein that is expressed in normal as well as malignant B cells. The antibody is highly effective in mediating antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity with human effector cells and complement-dependent cytotoxicity with human complement. The epitope has been mapped to the amino acid sequence YNCEPANPSEKNSPST, located in the large extracellular loop of CD20.
