Mouse Anti-MS4A1 Recombinant Antibody (clone 2H7); Fab Fragment (CAT#: FAMAB-0241CQ-F(E))
Recombinant Mouse Antibody Fab Fragment clone 2H7, which is specific to CD20. Mouse antibody 2H7 recognizes the CD20 cell surface phosphoprotein that is expressed in normal as well as malignant B cells. The antibody is highly effective in mediating antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity with human effector cells and complement-dependent cytotoxicity with human complement. The epitope has been mapped to the amino acid sequence YNCEPANPSEKNSPST, located in the large extracellular loop of CD20.
