SDS-PAGE analysis of PSBL-419 in β-mercaptoethanol-reduced (Lane 1, 1.5 μg) and non-reduced (Lane 2, 1.0 μg) conditions. Gel stained for 30 minutes with Coomassie Blue. As a result of different β-mercaptoethanol-reduced and non-reduced conditions, the purified proteins migrate as about 28 kDa that is consistent with theoretical size.

Flow cytometry analysis of PSBL-419 was performed by targeting the CD20+ Raji cell line. The Raji cells were incubated with the secondary antibody(5 µl/test) alone (Yellow group) or incubated with PSBL-419 (50 µg/ml) for 1 h at room temperature and then with the secondary antibody (5 µl/test) for 30 min (Blue group). This result was detected and analyzed by instrument Panacyte A8.
