This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated PGR. The target of this antibody is phospho-PGR (Ser190). The clone R08-5E7 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000, IF analysis at a dilution of 1/50-1/200, IP analysis at a dilution of 1/20, and IHC staining at a dilution of 1/50-1/100. The molecular weight of PGR (pSer190) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 90-118 kDa.
