Human Anti-CD28 Recombinant Antibody; Fab Fragment (TAB-065LC-F(E)) (CAT#: TAB-065LC-F(E))
TAB-065LC is a type of humanized antibodies that target the human lymphocyte receptor CD28. When these antibodies are used in a monovalent form, they act as antagonists by blocking the CD28/B7 interaction without activating CD28. These antibodies can be used as therapeutic agents to block T cell activation through the CD28 receptor. In a dose-dependent manner, the monovalent antibody TAB-065LC reduces IL-2 synthesis by T cells. TAB-065LC-F(E) antibody is the Fab fragment antibody form of TAB-065LC antibody. Fab fragments, the antigen-binding domains of an antibody molecule, consist of two amino acid chains composed of VH+CH1 and VL+CL domains.
