Anti-Human CD4 Recombinant Antibody Fab Fragment (14G7) (CAT#: TAB-176LC-F(E))
The cell neutralization assay was used to determine the blocking and neutralizing effect of monoclonal antibody (cat# TAB-176LC) on CD4⁺ cells infected by the mentioned virus. The antibody exhibited a strong blocking and neutralizing effect on the specified subtypes of HIV. The antibody is the Fab fragment format of the whole antibody, cat# TAB-176LC. The Fab fragment of an antibody is capable of binding to antigens independently of the Fc portion.
