Breast cancer biomarkers at key points during disease progression

Excellent Fab Fragment

We needed a CD4 antibody without the Fc region to avoid non-specific binding in our assays. This Fab fragment (Clone Q425) was perfect. It bound specifically to CD4 on T lymphocytes in Flow Cytometry. It is a great tool for studying T-cell activation mechanisms.

Good For Functional Studies

We used this antibody fragment in functional studies to investigate CD4 interactions. It worked well in blocking assays. The purity was high, and the fact that it is a recombinant mouse antibody ensures we can get more of the exact same clone for future work.
