Breast cancer biomarkers at key points during disease progression

Perfect For Flow Cytometry

We used clone RPA-T4 for Flow Cytometry analysis of T lymphocytes. The separation of populations was distinct, and the antibody bound specifically to the CD4 antigen. It is an excellent tool for immunophenotyping human and chimpanzee samples.

Effective Blocking Activity

Beyond standard detection, we utilized this antibody for its blocking capabilities in functional assays. It effectively neutralized the bioactivity of CD4 as described, which was critical for our study on T-cell activation mechanisms and receptor interactions.
