Anti-Human CD4 Recombinant Antibody (OKT4A) (CAT#: TAB-160LC)
Recombinant monoclonal antibody to CD4. OKT4A is a mouse monoclonal antibody that can be potentially used in the treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.
Figure 1 Increase in p56lck tyrosine kinase activity in THP-1 cells by anti-CD4 antibody and gp120.
THP-1 cells were incubated with OKT4A antibody at 2.0 mg/ml or gp120 at 2.0 mg/ml for 4 h. The cells were lysed in buffer containing sodium orthovanadate and NaF, and the protein concentration was measured. Equal amounts of proteins were separated by SDS-PAGE, transferred to nitrocellulose, and immunoblotted with anti-phosphotyrosine monoclonal antibody. MW, molecular weight.

Figure 2 Western analysis for PGHS expression in THP-1 monocytes
The cells were harvested, and the proteins were isolated, separated, and transferred to nitrocellulose. The blots were immunoreacted with murine anti-PGHS-1 (A) or anti-human PGHS-2 (B) and developed by ECL techniques. "Standard" refers to human recombinant PGHS-1 or PGHS-2. MW, molecular weight.

Figure 3 Binding of CD4 mutants to a variety of anti-CD4 mAbs.
Only the CD4 region ofthe gels is shown. Autoradiographic exposure times for different mutants were adjusted to compensate for differences in expression levels. WT, wild type.
