Our research involves primate models, so the cross-reactivity of this anti-CD4 Fab fragment with Rhesus CD4 was essential. It performed excellently in our neutralization and functional studies. The recombinant production ensures lot-to-lot consistency, which is critical for our long-term comparative studies on T-cell activation.

Clean Functional Study Results

We utilized this Mouse Fab fragment for functional assays where Fc receptor engagement needed to be avoided. The antibody effectively bound the CD4 receptor and allowed us to investigate downstream signaling without interference. The purity was high, and the PBS formulation without preservatives was ideal.
