The antibody is the Fab fragment antibody of IgG against CD4 molecule. The CD4 antigen acts as a coreceptor in conjunction with the T cell receptor on T lymphocytes to recognize antigens displayed by antigen-presenting cells in the context of class II MHC molecules.

SDS-PAGE analysis of FAMAB-0054-YC-F(E) in non-reduced (Lane 1, 1.5 μg) and β-mercaptoethanol-reduced (Lane 2, 1.5 μg) conditions. Gel stained for 30 minutes with Coomassie Blue. As a result of different reduced proteins (Heavy chain and Light chain) migrated as about 25-35 kDa. And non-reduced protein migrated about 48 kDa.

Western blot analysis of FAMAB-0054-YC-F(E) was performed by loading human CD4 protein (His tag) onto a 12% Tris-HCl polyacrylamide gel. Proteins were transferred to a CN membrane and blocked with 5% skim milk for at least one hour. Membranes were probed with FAMAB-0054-YC-F(E) and HRP conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG as a secondary antibody (1: 2000). Chemiluminescent detection was performed.

ELISA analysis of FAMAB-0054-YC-F(E) was performed by coating with human CD4 protein (His tag). Then blocked with BSA and incubated with FAMAB-0054-YC-F(E). The HRP conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG as a secondary antibody (1: 2000). Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.
