High Specificity Scfv

This Monkey scFv fragment showed excellent specificity for Human CD4 in our Flow Cytometry analysis. The chimeric macaque/human format worked well with our detection systems. It is a highly purified reagent that allows for precise identification of T helper cells in our immunological research samples.

Excellent For SPR Analysis

We utilized this recombinant scFv fragment for SPR studies to investigate CD4 interactions. The binding was stable and the data quality was high, allowing us to derive accurate kinetic parameters.
