Recombinant Anti-Human EGFR Antibody (Fc glycosylation/High-mannose glycosylated) (CAT#: Gly-055LC)
This product is a chimeric (mouse/human) monoclonal antibody with N-glycosylation site Asn297 in the Fc region by which the antibody has modulated ADCC. The antibody specifically binds human EGFR and can be potentially used in the treatment of colorectal cancer and head and neck cancer.
