Western blot analysis of TAB-H49 was performed by loading human EGFR recombinant protein (Isoform vIII, His Tag, 39.3 kDa) onto a 12% Tris-HCl polyacrylamide gel. Proteins were transferred to a NC membrane and blocked with 5% skim milk for one hour. Membranes were probed with TAB-H49 (2 ng/μL) and HRP goat anti-human IgG (H+L) as a secondary antibody (1: 2000) in turn. Chemiluminescent detection was performed.
Lane 1: Reducing antigen (0.1 μg)

ELISA analysis of TAB-H49 was performed by coating with human EGFR recombinant protein (Isoform vIII, His Tag, 39.3 kDa). Then blocked with BSA and incubated with TAB-H49. The HRP-conjugated mouse anti-His tag as a secondary antibody (1: 2000). Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.

Dot blot analysis of TAB-H49 was performed by loading human EGFR recombinant protein (Isoform vIII, His Tag, 39.3 kDa).
TAB-H49 incubation concentration: 2 ng/μL.
The secondary antibody: HRP goat anti-human IgG (H+L)
