Mouse Anti-CD38 Recombinant Antibody; scFv Fragment (HPAB-AP574-YC-S(P)) (CAT#: HPAB-AP574-YC-S(P))
The scFv antibody specifically recognizes CD38 and targets cancer cells. It can be used in a FACS assay with a concentration of 10 nM. The assay involved incubating the antibody for 3 hours with either CD38-expressing 300-19 cells or the parental 300-19 cells (1-2×10⁵ cells per sample) in 100 μL of ice-cold RPMI-1640 medium supplemented with 2% normal goat serum.
