Human Anti-CD4 Recombinant Antibody (clone TNX-355); scfv Fragment (CAT#: HPAB-0302LY-S(P))
This product is a scFv fragment derived from humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody. It specifically targets domain 2 of the extracellular region of the CD4 receptor, effectively preventing the formation of HIV-induced syncytia. Importantly, it achieves this without interfering with gp120 binding and without causing immunosuppression.
