Anti-DLL3 antibody-conjugated liposomes are a novel targeted drug delivery system that can be used to study gliomas. DLL3 is a tumor-specific antigen highly expressed in various glioma cells, and binding with this antibody allows for precise targeting of tumor cells. The use of liposomes helps improve the bioavailability of drugs and reduce systemic toxicity, thereby enhancing therapeutic efficacy. This combination strategy is expected to become a new option for the treatment of gliomas in the future.
