Rabbit Anti-MLANA Recombinant Antibody (clone R08-8B5)

The rabbit recombinant antibody specifically recognizes MLANA (Melan-A), which plays a vital role in the expression, stability, trafficking, and processing of melanocyte protein PMEL. It specifically reacts with human MLANA. It has been tested using Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Flow cytometry, Immunocytochemistry or Immunofluorescence. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Flow cytometry and Immunofluorescence is 1/500-1/1000, 1/50-1/100, 1/50-1/100 and 1/50-1/200, respectively.
