This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated VIM. The target of this antibody is phospho-VIM (Ser72). The clone R04-1C8 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000 and IP analysis at a dilution of 1/20. The molecular weight of VIM (pSer72) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 54 kDa.
