Recombinant Mouse Anti-H2AFX Soluble TCR (P14) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF984)
Mouse TCR (P14) recognizes H2AFX peptide (LAIRNDEEL) in the context of HLA-A2. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Mouse soluble TCR (P14). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
