Anti-Human CD4 Recombinant Antibody Fab Fragment (15A7) (CAT#: TAB-175LC-F(E))
The product specifically binds to the surface antigen differentiation cluster 4 protein. The antibody is the Fab fragment format of the whole antibody. Fab fragments consist of two amino acid chains composed of VH+CH1 and VL+CL domains.The antibody prevents infection of Tzm-bl cells by various subtypes of HIV strains, such as HIV NL 4-3 (subtype B), HIV 89.6 (subtype B), HIV Right G114 (subtype D), HIV Mj4 (subtype C), and HIV WCML249 (subtype D/C).
