Anti-Human MS4A1 Recombinant Antibody Fab Fragment (hu8E4) (CAT#: TAB-1672CL-F(E))
The Fab fragment was made from humanized anti-CD20 antibody Hu8E4 which was generated by complementarity-determining region grafting method. The full-length antibody hu8E4 was significantly more effective in prolonging the survival of severe combined immunodeficient mice bearing human B-cell lymphomas. The antibody might be a promising therapeutic agent for B-cell lymphomas.
