Anti-Human MS4A1 Recombinant Antibody (A137) (CAT#: TAB-1688CL)

This fully human anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody has excellent affinity and specificity, and a significant cytotoxic effect on lymphoma cells, and so can be used for scientific researches of all kinds of diseases such as non-Hodgkin lymphoma, B cell lymphoma, rheumatic and rheumatoid diseases, systemic lupus erythematosus, immune thrombocytopenic purpura and multiple sclerosis.

Each mouse was intravenously injected with 10⁷ Raji lymphoma cells to form a mouse invasive lymphoma disease model, and administered intraperitoneally 5 days later. Experiments were performed in 3 groups of mice (8 per group): A. saline control group; B. rituximab group (dose 1 mg/kg body weight); C. A137 group (dose 1 mg/kg body weight).
