Mouse Anti-Cd28 Agonistic Antibody (clone D665)

It is an agonistic mouse antibody that specifically recognizes mouse Cd28 (Cd28 antigen), which locates in external side of plasma membrane and immunological synapse. The original D665 antibody was generated by immunizing mice alternately with A20 cells expressing mCD28 i.p. and with agonistic mCD28 Ig s.c. It has been reported for use in Flow cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Costimulation, Agonistic assays and Surface Plasmon Resonance.
