The agonistic rabbit antibody reacts with Cd28 (Cd28 molecule), which involves in T cell activation and T cell costimulation. It was made by immunizing BALB/c mice with rat CD28 cDNA-transfected A20/J cells. This antibody specifically reacts with rat Cd28. It has been tested using Flow cytometry, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry, Costimulation or Agonistic assays.
