Recombinant Chimeric (Human/Mouse) Antibody (C2H7) is capable of binding to CD20. Chimeric 2H7 (C2H7) can mediate complement dependent cytotoxicity and antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity effects on CD20 positive human Burkitt lymphoma cells.
