TAB-064LC is a superagonistic monoclonal antibody (mAb) capable of fully activating T-cells by cross-linking CD28 molecules, even without signal 1, which sets it apart from conventional anti-CD28 mAbs. TAB-064LC-F(E) antibody is the Fab fragment antibody form of TAB-064LC antibody. Fab fragments, the antigen-binding domains of an antibody molecule, consist of two amino acid chains composed of VH+CH1 and VL+CL domains.
