Anti-Human CD28 Recombinant Antibody scFv Fragment (TGN1412) (CAT#: TAB-064LC-S(P))
TAB-064LC is a superagonistic monoclonal antibody (mAb) capable of fully activating T-cells by cross-linking CD28 molecules, even without signal 1, which sets it apart from conventional anti-CD28 mAbs. TAB-064LC exhibits a binding affinity to human CD28, with an EC50 value of 4.4 nM. TAB-064LC exhibits a binding affinity to human T cells, with EC50 values measured at 2.5 nM. TAB-064LC-S(P) antibody is the scfv fragment antibody form of TAB-064LC antibody. Single-chain variable fragments (scFvs) are artificial constructs consisting of the variable regions of the immunoglobulin heavy and light chains connected by a peptide linker.
