Mouse Anti-EGFR Recombinant Antibody (TAB-326MZ) (CAT#: TAB-326MZ)

This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes EGFR (Epidermal growth factor receptor, also known as ErbB-1, HER1). The murine antibody originally raised to recognize the unique truncation mutant, EGFRvIII. The antibody binds to an epitope present or available in the EGFRvIII/Δ2-7 EGFR mutant, but recognizes an epitope distinct from the mutant's junctional peptide LEEKKGNYVVTDH. The antibody binds to epitopes present in gliomas, as well as a broad range of epithelial cancers, but not to normal human tissues.
