This monoclonal antibody 07D06 that binds and inhibits activation of epidermal growth factor receptor can be potentially used to treat cell proliferative diseases and disorders, including certain forms of cancer, associated with activation of EGFRL858R/T790M, EGFRvIII or wild-type EGFR amplification.
