Anti-B2M (clone W24V81) Recombinant Antibody Coupled Liposome (VS-1024-FY83) (CAT#: VS-1024-FY83)
Research on antibody-targeted liposomes that bind to B2M in the context of glioma is relatively limited. However, similar studies have shown that liposomes conjugated with antibodies can achieve active targeting of glioma cells that overexpress certain markers. For instance, some studies have successfully targeted glioma cells using liposomes with anti-GD2 antibodies.

- This gene encodes a serum protein found in association with the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I heavy chain on the surface of nearly all nucleated cells. The protein has a predominantly beta-pleated sheet structure that can form amyloid fibrils in some pathological conditions. The encoded antimicrobial protein displays antibacterial activity in amniotic fluid. A mutation in this gene has been shown to result in hypercatabolic hypoproteinemia.B2M (Beta-2-Microglobulin) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with B2M include Immunodeficiency 43 and Amyloidosis, Familial Visceral. Among its related pathways are Cytokine Signaling in Immune system and Innate Immune System.
