This product is a rabbit IgG antibody that recognizes human CD274, which is an immune inhibitory receptor ligand that is expressed by hematopoietic and non-hematopoietic cells, such as T cells and B cells and various types of tumor cells. This antibody is recommended for flow cytometry (1/100) and ELISA (1/5000-1/10000) assays.
