Human Anti-EGFR Recombinant Antibody (clone P1X) (CAT#: HPAB-1443LY)
This is a human antibody that has the capability of recognizing EGFR. Specifically, it has the ability to bind to domain III of the ECD and has been shown to bind to both the K467T and R451C ECD mutants. However, it has been found to be ineffective in binding to the S492R mutant.
