Recombinant mouse antibody scFv fragment to gp41. This Ab recognized trimeric ΔV2gp140 but not monomeric ΔV2gp140, suggesting that the epitope is affected by the state of Env oligomerization. P4A3 did not neutralize homologous SF162, nor viruses lacking V1 or V2 loops.
