Recombinant Mouse Anti-PMEL Soluble TCR (pmel-1) (C-Cys) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF3189)
Mouse TCR (pmel-1) recognizes PMEL peptide (EGSRNQDWL) in the context of H2-Db. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
