Mouse TCR (pmel-1) recognizes PMEL peptide (EGSRNQDWL) in the context of H2-Db. Soluble TCR is expressed with Knob-in-hole (KIH) strategy (scTCR-hIgG Knob, scTCR-hIgG Hole). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
