Background
CD20 is a cell surface protein expressed on B cells. It is a common target for monoclonal antibody therapy in B-cell lymphomas and autoimmune diseases.
CD22 (CD22 Molecule) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with CD22 include refractory hematologic cancer and colon lymphoma. Among its related pathways are Immune System and Downstream signaling events of B Cell Receptor (BCR). GO annotations related to this gene include carbohydrate binding. An important paralog of this gene is VCAM1.
