Mouse Anti-CD274 Recombinant Antibody; scFv Fragment (HPAB-M0462-YC-S(P)) (CAT#: HPAB-M0462-YC-S(P))

This product is a recombinant mouse antibody scFv fragment that recognizes human and monkey CD274 (PD-L1). The scFv fragment antibody was derived from a hybridoma cell line with a high target affinity. The binding of its purified full-length antibody to activated human T cells with an EC₅₀ value of about 0.05 μg/ml as measured by ELISA. The activities of its full-length antibody in blocking the binding of hPD-1 to hPD-1 was tested by ELISA and flow cytometry. And the anti-tumor activity of its full-length antibody was validated in animal models. This scFv fragment antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography.
