Mouse Anti-FOLH1 Recombinant Antibody (VS-0224-XY49) (CAT#: VS-0224-XY49)
This antibody was chosen for clinical development as it had been extensively studied in preclinical models, demonstrating that it effectively targets FOLH1 expressed on LNCaP cells. It has an affinity of 1 nM which has been shown to be an optimal affinity in therapeutic models.
