Mouse Anti-KDR Recombinant Antibody (HPAB-1289-FY) (CAT#: HPAB-1289-FY)
This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes KDR and inhibits the biological activity of KDR and KDR receptor tyrosine kinase, inhibiting cell proliferation and/or adhesion and/or invasion and/or angiogenesis. The ELISA reading of this antibody is 6.000 (OD450) with the substrate being immobilized soluble human KDR.

- The cross-reactivity of this antibody to KDR mouse ortholog (mouse vegfr2) and human VEGFR1 were measured by ELISA. The inhibition effects of KDR activity and tyrosine phosphorylation were measured by ELISA. The native binding of this antibody to human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) was measured by Flow Cytometry.
