The Rabbit Anti-MAPK8 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse, rat and hamster MAPK8. MAPK8 encodes a MAP kinase activated by various stimuli, targeting specific transcription factors to mediate immediate-early gene expression. It's crucial for TNF-alpha-induced apoptosis and UV radiation-induced apoptosis, linked to cytochrome c-mediated pathways. It plays key roles in T cell processes, with several transcript variants reported. The anti-MAPK8 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunoprecipitation (1/20).
