Anti-MS4A1 Antibody-Cytokine Fusion Protein, scfv-IL15N72D (CAT#: VS-0624-FY106)
This is a chimeric monoclonal antibody against the protein CD20, which is primarily found on the surface of immune system B cells. huIL15N72D refers to human IL-15 comprising an N to D substitution at position 72. In certain embodiments, the IL-15 variants are used as IL-15 agonists. The antibody-IL-15N72D Immunocytokine is specific for the human CD20 molecule and the sequences of its variable regions are those of antibody. The light chain is formed by a VL variable region. The heavy chain is made up of the VH variable region that has a connecting peptide sggggsggggsggggs fused to the carboxyl terminus and then the IL-15N72D molecule.

- IL-15 is an immunostimulatory cytokine that is trans-presented via the IL-15 receptor α chain to the shared IL-2/IL-15Rβ and common γ chain displayed on the surface of T cells and NK cells. The IL-15N72D mutant protein exhibits superagonist activity through improved binding to the human IL-15Rβ chain.

- This gene encodes a member of the membrane-spanning 4A gene family. Members of this nascent protein family are characterized by common structural features and similar intron/exon splice boundaries and display unique expression patterns among hematopoietic cells and nonlymphoid tissues. This gene encodes a B-lymphocyte surface molecule which plays a role in the development and differentiation of B-cells into plasma cells. This family member is localized to 11q12, among a cluster of family members. Alternative splicing of this gene results in two transcript variants which encode the same protein.
