Human Anti-MSTN Recombinant Antibody (HPAB-AP394-YC) (CAT#: HPAB-AP394-YC)
This product is a recombinant humanized version of the OGD1.0.0 antibody that recognizes MSTN. The humanized anti-GDF-8 antibody VH region constructed using DP47 and JH3 is called VH1, whereas the humanized anti-GDF-8 antibody VL region constructed using DPK9 and JK1 is called VL1. A humanized anti-GDF-8 antibody comprising VH1 and VL1 is called OGD1.1.1. It retains the capacity to specifically bind GDF-8 with high affinity and to neutralize GDF-8 activity.
