The humanized anti-GDF-8 antibody VH region constructed using DP47 and JH3 is called VH1, whereas the humanized anti-GDF-8 antibody VL region constructed using DPK9 and JK1 is called VL1. A humanized anti-GDF-8 antibody comprising VH0 and VL1 is called OGD1.0.1. It retains the capacity to specifically bind GDF-8 with high affinity and to neutralize GDF-8 activity. This product is a recombinant humanized version of the OGD1.0.0 antibody scFv fragmeng that recognizes MSTN.
