Anti-Human APP Recombinant Antibody scFv Fragment (2B3) (CAT#: TAB-0847CLV-S(P))
The anti-APP antibody scFv fragment 2B3 specifically binds amyloid precursor protein from which the β-amyloid is cleaved. By binding the APP and therefore reducing the accumulation or the release of β-amyloid, the antibody can be used in the treatment of conditions related with elevated levels of β-amyloid, such as Alzheimer's Disease.
